Innovative Institute of Agriculture, Business and Capacity Building, (IABC) is a Private tertiary institution, international (African), Non-Governmental Organization using a psycho-social approach to reach out to the community. The broader idea of the IABC was born in the mind of Mr. Julius Mama, the Executive Director, since 2002. IABC was established in 2011. The institute started operating in one of its branches by September 5th 2011 in Arua Municipality to-date. The institute has a second campus in Kigumba (Kiryandongo district) on over 20 acres of land. The Institute has been licensed by Ministry of Education and Sports and accredited by Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions (UGAPRIVI), Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) and Uganda Business and Technical Examinations.
