National Certificate in Agribusiness Management, level 2 (Examined by DIT)
Admission requirements: A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the programme if he/she holds: The Uganda Certificate of Education or its equivalent, with at least five passes in any of the following subjects including English and Mathematics, Physics, Technical Drawing, Agriculture, Chemistry, Entrepreneurship, Geography and Biology and the Uganda Junior Technical Certificate (UJTC), Community Polytechnic Certificate with at least a credit OR National Junior Vocational Certificate or their equivalent from a recognized institution.
Duration: 2 years.
Career prospects: Agricultural Farm Manager, Agricultural Field Assistant, Self-Employed, Farm or Input Supply Shop Attendant, Nursery Bed Attendant, Agro-Processing Assistant and Agricultural Design Assistant.
Opportunities for further studies: Diploma in Agribusiness Management, Diploma in Agriculture, Diploma in Sustainable Agriculture and Extension, Diploma in Crop Production and Management.
